Vision
Human Resources Department aspires to achieve excellence and leadership in providing administrative and financial services to all faculty staff, in accordance with Total Quality Management standards.
Mission
The administration is committed to fostering an attractive and collaborative work environment for all faculty staff by delivering administrative and financial services efficiently, utilizing modern electronic methods and through cooperation with both internal faculty departments and the university’s central administration.

General Department Objectives
The Human Resources Department at faculty of Education recognizes and understands that the efficient execution of its assigned tasks, duties, and responsibilities directly impacts whether positively or negatively the performance of other organizational units within the faculty. Furthermore, the Department acknowledges that the greater its efficiency and professionalism, the more direct and beneficial the effect on the performance of employees across the faculty’s other organizational units

Human Resources Department Achievements
- Established a vision and mission for the Human Resources Department to clarify its overall scope and operational approach.
- Allocated tasks within the department based on the skills and competencies of individual team members.
- Structured and distributed the rewards system to ensure fairness and equality.
- Developed the skills and competencies of team members through continuous follow-up, in accordance with relevant work-related decisions, regulations, and laws
- Creating forms for various types of leave requests, as well as clearance forms, marital status declarations, and cash equivalent declarations, in accordance with the regulations established by the University’s Central Administration.
- Implementing the payroll system starting January 2023, in compliance with ministerial regulations governing operations and the processing of all financial entitlements for staff members and staff administrative staff.
