Activities of the Seminar on Reproductive Health at the Faculty of Education as Part of the “Bidaya” Initiative to Build the Egyptian Citizen
In the framework of the presidential initiative “A New Beginning for Building the Egyptian Citizen,” launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Al-Noumani, President of Sohag University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hussein Taha, Dean of the Faculty of Education, the Faculty organized a seminar on Reproductive Health.
The event took place on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, led by Prof. Dr. Hussein Taha in collaboration with the Women’s Guidance and Care Association, represented by its Executive Director, Ms. Eman Farghal.
During the seminar, the Dean addressed the attendees and provided awareness messages to both female and male students. He expressed gratitude to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for launching this effective initiative aimed at rebuilding the human being in all aspects of life.
Following that, Dr. Tarek El-Khateeb and Dr. Hamdy Ali delivered lectures to inform and raise awareness about reproductive health.
Notably, the seminar targeted over 300 students. Additionally, gratitude was expressed to Major General Abdel Fattah Siraj, Governor of Sohag, and special thanks were given to Dr. Mohamed Abdel Hadi, Deputy Governor of Sohag, and Dr. Ezz El-Qadi, who oversees this initiative.
