Vision and Mission

Vision

The faculty’s Alumni Affairs Department strives to provide distinguished services to its graduates—whether holding Bachelor’s or Licentiate degrees—in a manner consistent with the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE).

The Department provides various services to graduates, such as issuing graduation certificates. It also compiles necessary statistics regarding the faculty’s graduates to facilitate informed decision-making concerning the faculty’s educational and administrative processes, working in active partnership with other faculty departments and the university’s central administration.

Objectives

  • Adopt a digital management system to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Save time for both staff and students.
  • Aspire to a higher standard of public service delivery, ensuring satisfaction through the ease and efficiency of completing administrative tasks.
  •  Implement a system that supports graduates through training and qualification programs—such as teacher preparation—and tracks their progress to ensure the new graduate derives maximum benefit

Department Functions and Responsibilities

Procedures for Withdrawing the Graduate's File
  • The graduate obtains the clearance form from the Graduates’ Office and completes it. 
  •  Submit a copy of the national ID card and the university ID card.
  • Submit a personal photograph of the graduate.
  •  Pay the required fee (Form 107-G) at the treasury.
  • Obtain the clearance form from the Graduates’ Office and complete it.
  • Provide a copy of the national ID card.
  •  Provide a personal photograph.
  • Pay the fee of 354 EGP at the treasury.
  •  Obtain the clearance form from the Graduates’ Office and complete it.
  • Provide a copy of the national ID card.
  • Provide a personal photograph.
  •  The graduate obtains approval from the Dean of the Faculty.
  •  Payment of the required fee (Form 107-G) at the treasury.
  • The graduate obtains approval from the Dean of the Faculty.

  •  Verification of the English-language certificates submitted by the graduate, following payment of the fee (Form 107-G) at the treasury.

Payment of the required fee (Form 202-G) at the treasury, recording details in the receipt logs, and signing for the receipt of the original certificate.

  •  Created alumni records to facilitate the retrieval of graduate data whenever required.
  •  Facilitated communication between management and staff and fostered a team-oriented culture; promoting rapport and friendships among employees enhances the spirit of collaboration and strengthens the bonds connecting staff to the workplace
  • Enhancing departmental operations by providing the necessary personnel and modern equipment to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  •  Establishing record-keeping logs for issued certificates to facilitate the tracking of both issued and damaged certificates by the responsible staff.
  •  Equipping the department with document trays and storage cabinets to protect records from damage or loss.
  •  Developing a database of graduates to streamline departmental workflows.
  • Focusing on staff development by implementing digital and behavioural training programs to enhance employees’ technical and practical capabilities..
  • Creating records for graduates’ original certificates to document their details and maintain contact post-graduation for easy accessibility.
  •  Leveraging digitization to streamline administrative tasks, save time for both staff and students, and mitigate staffing shortages.
  • Motivating employees by issuing certificates of appreciation to those who excel in performance, maintain excellent attendance, and pursue professional development through training courses and academic study.
