Vision and Mission
Vision
The Department aspires to serve as a forum where students involved in extracurricular activities can pursue their interests and hobbies, a hub for competition among them, and a haven where they can find highly competent specialists to address their concerns and work toward finding appropriate solutions.
Mission
To develop students’ ability to address the challenges encountered during their academic lives, enabling them to overcome obstacles that hinder their regular attendance and academic progress; to support students socially, culturally, and athletically; to provide a suitable environment for engaging in activities and nurturing talents; to utilize free time for purposeful educational pursuits; and to foster a spirit of fair competition through these activities.
Objectives and Tasks
- Fostering relationships and social interaction among students, as well as between students, faculty, and staff, and strengthening bonds of camaraderie within the faculty community through three main areas: trips and camps, social service, and student activities.
- Developing students holistically—intellectually, physically, and socially—while enabling them to acquire skills in arts, scouting, and culture, as well as in environmental service.
- Cultivating students’ artistic sensibilities, developing and refining their talents, and creating an environment that allows their artistic creativity to flourish
- Participating in various activities—through faculty-based student groups as well as programs and activities organized by the administration aimed at honing and developing students’ skills and fostering a spirit of cooperation among them.
- Elevating students’ intellectual and cultural awareness, nurturing young talent in cultural, literary, and scientific fields, and connecting young people with the issues facing their society and nation
