while proposing mechanisms for their implementation<\/li><li>\u00a0Reviewing the faculty\u2019s vision, mission, and objectives, and reformulating them whenever necessary.<\/li><li>\u00a0Monitoring the implementation of the faculty\u2019s strategic plan in alignment with the University\u2019s strategic plan, and reviewing and updating it as needed in light of developments both within and outside the faculty.<\/li><li>Developing distinguished cadres including the staff members, their assistants \u00a0who possess strategic planning capabilities and skills.<\/li><li>Contributing to the development of the faculty\u2019s resources and providing technical support for their effective management.<\/li><li>Contributing to the evaluation of the educational and research processes, as well plan.<\/li><li>\u00a0Conducting periodic internal monitoring of achievement rates against performance indicators to ensure the fulfillment of the faculty strategic plan objectives, and preparing relevant periodic reports.<\/li><li>\u00a0Coordinating between the faculty Strategic Planning Unit and the University\u2019s Central Strategic Planning Unit.<\/li><li>\u00a0Holding periodic meetings
