The Vision:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The college looks forward to excellence and leadership among colleges of education through its leadership in developing the teaching and learning processes, scientific research, community service and environmental development in the light of comprehensive quality standards.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Mission:<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Providing educational programs and professional services for student, developing the capabilities of faculty members and the administrative body of the college, and developing the scientific research, through an effective partnership with the local community.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strategic Goals<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

First: Strategic goals for Students:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1- Preparing the teacher through cultural, professional and academic programs of high quality according to the integrative or sequential system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2- Mastering of different teaching skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3- Acquiring the self-learning skills. <\/strong><\/p>\n

4- Training the student to use modern technology to create an educational environment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5- Developing the moral and religious values \u200b\u200bof the student.<\/strong><\/p>\n

6- Developing the social skills of the student to communicate with the local community.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7- Developing the scientific thinking skills of the student.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Secondly: the strategic goals of the staff members<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Developing the skills of the staff members<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Train the staff members on applying the modern vocational theories in the educational process<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Make the staff members acquire the communication skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Achieving the job satisfaction<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Thirdly: The strategic goals of the scientific research<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Encourage the staff members to conduct mutual scientific researches<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Support the distinction in the scientific research and encourage the innovation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Find a research map which meets the actual needs of the current technological and scientific changes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Fourthly The strategic goals of society service<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Activate the cooperation efforts with the directorate of education and direct these efforts to develop the education processes and the professional development of the employees<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Face the vocational problems which the Sohag an society faces<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Present the studies and the consultations which participate in developing the education<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Conduct the researches to develop and improve the ways of teaching the different academic subjects in the different stages of education and spread the awareness between the citizens through holding the conferences and the seminars<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
